iFi SilentPower HDMI iSilencer 2

The SilentPower HDMI iSilencer 2 is a compact active HDMI signal conditioner designed to reduce electrical noise, improve signal timing, and protect connected AV equipment. Active Noise Cancellation II reduces unwanted system interference by more than 40dB, while Jitter Elimination technology helps maintain precise signal timing for cleaner audio and more detailed video reproduction.

Built-in Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) helps protect connected equipment against voltage spikes, surges, and electrostatic discharge. Despite its active filtering, the HDMI iSilencer 2 maintains full HDMI 2.1 compatibility, supporting Ultra HD/HDR video up to 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz.

The second-generation design is 20% more compact than the original HDMI iSilencer, with tapered sides that make installation easier in tightly spaced HDMI ports while reducing strain on connected cables.

Active Noise Cancellation II

Active Noise Cancellation II is designed to reduce unwanted electrical interference by more than 40dB—up to 100 times compared with common noise filters—helping provide a cleaner signal path through the AV system.

Jitter Elimination

Jitter Elimination technology addresses timing errors within the HDMI signal, helping preserve image detail, contrast, and audio clarity as the signal travels downstream.

Built-In Surge Protection

Transient Voltage Suppression helps safeguard connected AV equipment against voltage spikes, surges, lightning-related transients, and electrostatic discharge.

Smaller Gen 2 Design

The HDMI iSilencer 2 is 20% more compact than the original model and features tapered sides for easier installation around closely spaced HDMI connections. Its smaller enclosure also reduces mechanical strain on connected cables.
