Free Shipping

At RockOnAV, we are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States, regardless of the purchase amount. This means you can enjoy the convenience of free shipping without any minimum spending requirement.

When you select free shipping at checkout, please note that RockOnAV reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and method that best suits the order's specifications.

Please be aware that our shipping services are exclusively available within the United States and not internationally.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes between 3-5 business days for delivery. This depends on the destination and other factors that could delay delivery such as weather conditions.
  • Express Shipping: Expedited delivery option that ensures your order reaches you within 2-4 business days, depending on the destination and factors that could delay delivery such as weather conditions.

We proudly offer shipping within the 48 contiguous states and ensure customers from any corner of the country can enjoy our products. We also have some commodities that can be shipped directly from the manufacturers. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination and local processing times. Delivery Options

If you are local to Southern California, RockOnAV also offers home delivery up to 100 mile radius of our showroom in Irvine, California. Our transit team experts will contact you and schedule delivery within one to two business days. For bulkier items, we will schedule within a week after purchase. We will deliver your items to your house. Additional fees may be charged for any “in-house” delivery. Please ensure that the area inside the house is cleared of any obstacles to ensure the safety of our delivery team. Depending on the value of the items purchased, we may require signature upon delivery of the product.

Shipment of Bulky and Heavy Items

For any heavy items such as big screen televisions, subwoofers, large floor speakers, and/or A/V furniture that weighs 75 pounds or more, special handling will be required to ensure transit protection and safety of the product. The typical delivery times for most of our products are within 3 –7 business days, however for bulkier items it may take additional days. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00AM to 5:00PM. It is essential that someone within the age to 18 years old or older is available to receive the delivery. Our delivery team will drop off the item within the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, town home, or apartment building.

  • A specialty freight team member will contact you one day prior to delivery to schedule a drop off. The delivery window will be between Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
  • Once delivery is received, please inspect the condition of the box, and sign the delivery documents.
  • After unboxing, please visually inspect the product to ensure there are no signs of physical damage. If you find any damage to the item, please take photos and contact our team immediately. We will do our best to assist and help with your concerns.
  • We always recommend to our clients to save the original box and its contents for the length of the product’s warranty. It will come in handy when you need to return or exchange the item.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, the selected shipping method, and the destination. During the checkout process on our website, you will see the applicable shipping charges before making a payment.

Order Processing

All online orders are shipped Mondays to Fridays from our Irvine, California showroom / headquarters. RockOnAV does not process any orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Products that are in stock are typically shipped within one business day unless they are out of stock or backordered. Our outstanding support team will notify you via email if the product you ordered is not in stock or backordered.

When you place an order with free shipping, RockOnAV will carefully select the carrier and shipping method that ensures your order arrives safely and promptly. This allows us to efficiently manage the logistics to provide you with the best possible shipping service.

If you opt for paid shipping instead, RockOnAV will use the selected shipping method to dispatch your order accordingly.
