EMAIL MARKETING
We may send marketing emails to your email address based on your consent. These emails may include things like promotions, offers, and new products we think may catch your interest. Your consent to email marketing may be obtained when you tick the email newsletter form on the Contact and Order checkout pages. You have the right to opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in any of the emails you receive from us. SMS UPDATES

RockOnAV understands how important your privacy is, and we ensure adequate protection is applied to the personal information we collect when you purchase from us. We use both technical and traditional methods of security, including using trusted third-party service providers. Your payment method information, including your card details, is collected and used directly by Stripe, our reputable third-party payment processor, only to charge you the order amount.
However, be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use insecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to our Site.
RETENTION OF INFORMATION
How long we retain personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your orders, provide our products and services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.
We retain personal information in our database for the duration of your use of our Site, specifically until you request the deletion. Once you request that we delete your information, we retain the information you submit and everything associated with your orders for 30 days before we permanently delete it. However, we may retain personal information for legal and audit purposes. We may also retain aggregated data for internal use.
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
Please note that we may process, transfer, and store personal information about you outside the United States. This may be in connection with third-party service providers providing certain tasks for us from locations outside of the United States. However, we ensure these transfers are done in accordance with applicable laws.

You have the rights below in relation to the information we collect about you. However, these rights are not absolute, and they may apply only in certain circumstances, and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.

- Right to opt out of sale: RockOnAV does not currently engage in practices regarded as the sale or sharing of personal information for monetary consideration. However, users from Nevada can opt out of any future sale of their information by emailing us at sale@rockonav.com.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable laws, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner as required under applicable law.
