    Muon Pro

This is a review of the Muon Pro:

    Hello fellow audiophiles,

Have you perused an audio store only to be ignored, or treated as you should feel privileged to be in their store? I most certainly have.

You will not receive this kind of treatment from Russell at Rock ON AV. He treats you as an honored guest and genuinely appreciates your business. I auditioned the eno2 Ethernet Filter from Network Acoustics. I invited My brother (who has a critical ear), gave him a pen and paper, and then played a curation of songs that I had selected for the audition.

My brother put the pen down, his face turned red, and then he started crying, as the eno2 moved him to tears.

If you stream music thought the Ethernet, the eno2 is nothing short of transformational.

I was so impressed with the eno2, I decided to audition Network Acoustics reference Ethernet filter, called the Muon Pro. The difference was immediate. While the eno2 is transformational, the Muon Pro is transcendent. With the Muon Pro in My system, I heard significant improvement in the sound stage, with more holographic imaging and more depth. The bass was punchier and more textured, the mid-range explodes out of silent background (Alison Krauss licks her lips a lot when she sings), and there was significantly more air, speed, and clarity in the upper registers. The music no longer had a digital etch. It sounds analog.

While this product is a significant investment, like its younger sibling (and less expensive) the eno2, it is well…
