You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The DMP-A8 makes use of the self-developed EOS (Eversolo Original sampling-rate audio engine), which can output at any audio original sampling rate. In other words, any audio playback can completely bypass the Android SC constraint, allowing third-party apps to pass music directly (such as Apple Music's hi-res Direct output).
The DMP-A8 supports practically all ultra-high sampling master recording formats on the market, including CD-quality formats (FLAC, WAV, APE), DSD512 (.dsf/.dff/.iso/.dst), stereo, and MQA, among others.
The DMP-A8 has MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) technology, which allows you to listen back MQA audio files and streams that replicate the sound of the original master recording.
The DMP-A8 is built of aviation aluminum and has an NC machined body for a sturdy build. The brushed panel and frosted anodized body are an excellent combination of classic and modern components, catering to specialists' preferences.
The DMP-A8 has a 6" LCD high-definition touchscreen, a professionally tailored streamer system, a simple yet elegant user interface, and on-screen intuitive touch controls for system settings, local music collection, and third-party apps. It offers a seamless interactive experience.
DMP-A8 can be used as a digital turntable, connecting to a variety of high-end DACs via HDMI IIS, USB, optical, and coaxial outputs. As a DAC, it accepts a variety of digital inputs, including two coaxial, two optical, and a USB B input for connecting PCs and mobile devices. It is a high-performance preamplifier that accepts XLR and RCA analog inputs. It also supports APTX HD Bluetooth audio input, allowing you to easily connect to a variety of digital audio sources. The DMP-A8's RCA and XL analog preamp outputs allow it to be directly connected to active speakers or power amplifiers. The Trigger out port allows for coupling with power amplifier systems.
An M.2 NVMe SSD slot is incorporated into the bottom of the DMP-A8, enabling for easy SSD installation without disassembling the device. The DMP-A8 supports SSDs up to 4 TB, which provide faster speeds and less noise, ensuring consistent storage for high-quality local music. Additionally, storage devices can be connected externally via the DMP-A8's USB OTG connector.
Separate designs for the system and audio circuit's power supplies are used to avoid interference and noise between the two circuits, as well as to improve sound purity. The linear power supply is made out of a multi-winding toroidal transformer that is specifically developed to emulate the characteristics of analog audio circuits. The high-quality switching power supply is optimized for the system circuit. It significantly eliminates ripple and magnetic leakage interference, hence supporting high-quality audio processing. Furthermore, it contains a proprietary smart switching technique for the linear power supply voltage input, allowing for compatibility with voltages from all over the world without the need to flip switches.
With the 3rd generation XMOS 316 audio processor, the DMP-A8 offers faster speed and higher USB bandwidth, allowing the lossless transfer of high-definition audio data. USB ports support up to DSDS12 Native and PGM768@32bit. The optical and coaxial interfaces support DSD 6 and PCM192@24Bit.

The audio decoding circuit has two ultra-low phase noise femtosecond high-precision clocks (45.1584MHz and 49.152MHz), which correspond to 44.1KHz and 48KHz multiplied sampling rates, respectively. This successfully eliminates jitter, assuring very precise conversion and decoding of digital-to-analog audio signals, delivering ultra-high dynamic range and resolution for analog audio output, and reproducing true sound nuances from the music studio.
The DMP-A8 features a high-performance fully balanced preamplifier with XLR/R-CA analog inputs. It also has a + 10dB analog gain and, when combined with the R2R analog volume control network, ensures extremely low noise and distortion at the output.
A fully balanced analog volume adjustment network made up of precision resistors and relays provides accurate volume control while effectively reducing distortion and noise in the analog signal. It also has volume protection, which automatically reduces excessive volume to the specified safe level during startup or input interface switching. The inclusion of R2R analog volume control ensures that the DAC operates at its peak continually.
DMP-A8 has IIS output, which can be connected to DACs having IIS input. The mute levels of different DACs' IS signals vary, and MUTE PIN can be altered via settings. Supports PCM 768K and DSD512 at the highest sampling rate.
The DMP-A8, which has an HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) input, can be connected to display devices such as TVs and projectors that support HDMI ARC technology. This allows for the separation and transfer of audio signals from the HDMI signal to the DMP-A8, giving the TV better sound quality.
The sound quality of the DMP-A8 analog output is monitor-level. The audio circuit's key components are superb, including WIMA capacitors from Germany, NICHCON specialized audio capacitors, Murata chip capacitors and Omron relays from Japan, and TI Audio Operational Amplifiers from the United States, among others. The idea is to deliver a more realistic and pure sound performance.

*Note: The DSP module can handle up to PCM 192Khz. PCM and DISD formats with sampling rates 300cm or above will be bypassed. DSP is only used for internal player, network streaming, optical input, coaxial input, USB input, Bluetooth input, and ARC input, and it is active when producing analog outputs.
The DMP-A8 features a powerful DSP processor that offers DSP volume control, PEQ, FIR Filter, HPF/LPF, Loudness improvement, Compressor, and Delay.
The DMP-A8 uses the Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth audio reception module, which supports SBC/AAC/aptX/aptX LL/aptX HD/LDAC and is Bluetooth 5.0 compliant. Connecting via Bluetooth to mobile phones, tablets, and laptops provides an amazing music listening experience with CD-quality sound.
The DMP-A8 includes major music services such as Tidal, Qobuz, HIRESAUDIO, Deezer, Radio Paradise, and Amazon Music. Using a variety of high-quality online music providers and relishing in the attraction of unlimited streaming music.

As a music streamer, the DMP-A8 supports Tidal Connect, DNA, and other streaming services, allowing you to stream music from music streaming apps on mobile devices to the DMP-A8 over LAN. Eversolo Music Library not only delivers superb local music playing performance, but it also significantly increases user interest in music management. Songs are organized into genres, albums, artists, and sample rates; create a playlist of your favorite songs and search for them by album, artist, or song initials.
DMP-A8 not only offers two high-speed USB 3.0 ports and an SSD slot for local storage expansion, but it also supports NFS, SMB v1/v2/v3, and UPnP sharing protocols, letting users to view and play multimedia content saved on NAS or network devices linked to the same LAN over gigabit network. Even high-data rate DSD512 master recordings can be played without stuttering.
DMP-A8 includes a powerful media management system that allows you to copy, paste, trim, and delete files from your local hard drive or network storage. The USB Type-C connection may be configured in USB OTG mode, allowing you to easily connect your PC to the DMP-A8 via USB cable for local file copying and management. The SMB sharing function allows you to exchange files from a linked mobile device or internal SSD with other media playback devices, desktops, or mobile devices on the LAN. Thus, the DMP-A8 can be utilized as a network storage device to exchange audio sources at any time.
The DMP-A8 supports CD playing by connecting an external USB optical disk. The CD Rip program uses a data validation technique and an error correction function to save audio data from a CD without loss. The program correctly matches CD album and track names (only officially issued CDs are supported), rips tracks, and creates album and artist information automatically.
Android, iPhone, and iPad have been developed specifically for the DMP-A8. In addition to basic playback control and local system settings, the app interface can asynchronously display data from the music library, system programs, and menus. It can browse and play built-in streaming services via the control app, making it ideal for both on-demand music playback and music data viewing. A remote control with infrared and Bluetooth dual-mode capabilities is also included. The DMP-A8 additionally includes a Trigger output, which controls the power-on and standby of the power amplifier, removing the need to manually turn on the power supply and allowing for multi-device connection. WOL (Wake on LAN) is also supported for remote power on and off; however, it is required to connect the DMP-A8 to a wired network.
The DMP-A8's DAC setting has six digital filters, each with a different mode that corresponds to a different sound characteristic, to accommodate a variety of personal tastes.
